VNI does not provide free technical support for materials downloadable from vnisoft.com website (those materials including, but not limited to fonts, freeware, trialware, and demoware) to non-registered customers.
However, if you're a registered customer, you will receive the same technical support as any other softwares purchased from VNI or VNI's authorized dealers for all materials downloadable from vnisoft.com website.

You don't need to download these fonts, if your system already have them.
Note:
* With VNI-WebEye you can see true Vietnamese characters with any Web browsers (including America Online browsers)
* After downloading you must install Web-Eye by running setupweb.exe
from where that file is saved to (remember the directory in which you save the
file). This is an evaluation copy which enables you to use in limited days free of
charge. If you decide not to purchase the VNI-WebEye software, you still can
use VNI-Fonts free of charge.
